The company was founded by Troy Van Marter, who serves as President. With more than 30 years of experience in technology and corporate leadership, Troy brings a wealth of knowledge from senior roles at global organizations such as IBM and Reuters, as well as from building infrastructure for start-up technology companies.

Throughout his career, Troy has developed and led business management and communications teams overseeing technical support, consulting, networking, and telecommunications on a worldwide scale. As a member of the IT Management team, his track record includes restructuring IT services and support infrastructure and processes at Reuters America, saving over $250,000 in the first year through contract renegotiations and process improvements. He was also instrumental in establishing corporate IT standards at Reuters and directing the “Global Employee Efficiency Measurements Program” (EEMP), which provided the CIO with actionable insights on enhancing technical services across the organization.

Beyond his corporate achievements, Troy is deeply committed to community service. He has volunteered his expertise with numerous non-profit organizations, as well as, providing consulting and IT services to Kids Alive International, The Bridgeport Rescue Mission, the American Society of Interior Designers (Connecticut Chapter), and The Food Bank of Lower Fairfield County, among many others. His support extends to both faith-based and secular organizations, as well as individuals.

As a devoted Christian, Troy has served his local church as both an Elder, Deacon and teacher. He and his wife have led multiple short-term mission trips to Peru, assisting a children’s orphanage and ministering to families in need.
